This listing is for recently renovated Apartment 11 inside the Union Plaza Apartment Complex. Follow us on FB and IG @eptxairbnb @stayunionplaza to see more of Union plaza and Downtown districts. The building was built nearly 100 years ago. The unit is located on the second floor of the building which will require climbing stairs, there is no ramp for luggage. The two bedroom apartment is about 900 square feet and it accommodates 4 guests comfortably. ** NOTE: All units are located on the 2nd floor of the building, stairs are not optional, the 1st floor are all commercial spaces. ** The kitchen space was designed with a modern contemporary style in mind, ergo the open shelving space. It is fully equipped for cooking, it features an electric stove with oven, a sink with a garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils and laminate countertops. The bathroom includes a full shower with handheld shower head and great water pressure, as well as a new vanity and a skylight. In the living area, a tall table for 4 people and a large black sectional couch is available but not for sleeping nor standing. A 55" smart TV is mounted to the wall with Amazon Fire Stick (will need to log in with your own credentials) No cable and no antenna. There is only WIFI, no cable or ethernet connection. Keep in mind that all sleeping arrangements are in the same bedroom. There are two closet doors separating the living area from the bedroom. The bedroom features a King Bed, alternative pillows, 100% cotton linens, a desk for work and a private closet with another bathroom. Please make sure to review house rules prior to booking!

Union Plaza Apartments are located in an entertainment district which includes bars, restaurants, night clubs, baseball park, and a rail station. Acute noise levels can be present at times. There’s no parking lot for the apartments, there’s only free street parking and a parking garage across the building that charges hourly with a maximum charge of $10 for 24hour Parking. Long Term guests will obtain one access card to park their car at the Union Plaza Transit Terminal across the street; it is a covered multilevel parking garage accessible to guests 24 hours a day.
