Union Plaza Apartments is strategically located within walking distance to the Chihuahua baseball games, museums, bars, restaurants, the convention center, street festivals and much more. It is also a within minutes by car from UTEP, I-10, Border Hwy, Paisano and Mesa Street. Located in a historic part of town, this is a very safe neighborhood with welcoming visitors. Amtrak and Bus Stations (Greyhound) are in walking distance. Looking for a night of entertainment and dining, this can be within a walk (Union) or a short Uber (San Jacinto Plaza).

This listing is for recently renovated Apartment 8 inside the Union Plaza Apartment Complex. Follow us on FB and IG @stayunionplaza to see more of Union plaza and El Centro districts. The building was built nearly 100 years ago. The unit is located on the second floor of the building which will require climbing stairs, there is no ramp for luggage. The two bedroom apartment is about 800 square feet and it accommodates 4 guests comfortably. ** NOTE: All units are located on the 2nd floor of the building, stairs are not optional, the 1st floor are all commercial spaces. ** The kitchen space was designed with a modern contemporary style in mind, ergo the open shelving space. It is fully equipped for cooking, it features an electric cooktop, a new single bowl stainless-steel sink which offers a wide, deep bowl for ample workspace, an over-the-range microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, and solid surface countertops. There is a large bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and a handheld shower head, as well as a double vanity along with a skylight. There’s a modest dining table with small chandelier and a mirror wall. Towards the back there is a shared closet space for your clothing & luggage. Although there’s not much of a living area only a small couch along the hallway keep in mind we are still looking on ways to improve your stay, we would appreciate any feedback. The master suite features a Full-size bed, alternative pillows, and a view through the window towards the baseball stadium, which occasionally on game nights has a firework show. Across the hall from the master suite is the guest suite, which is a small, private room. The bedroom has a Full size mattress, alternative pillows, 100% cotton linens, and a closet w/space for your clothing & luggage. Please make sure to review house rules prior to booking!

Union Plaza Apartments are located in an entertainment district which includes bars, restaurants, night clubs, baseball park, and a rail station. Acute noise levels can be present at times. There’s no parking lot for the apartments, there’s only free street parking and a parking garage across the building that charges hourly. Long Term guests will obtain one access card to park their car at the Union Plaza Transit Terminal across the street. It is a covered multilevel parking garage accessible to guests 24 hours a day.

Grocery/pharmacy, coffee shop (including Starbucks) and restaurants/bars are all located within a short walk or a quick Uber drive. The El Paso Streetcars are available to ride from the main bus central across downtown all the way to Cincinnati Street. Very easy access to 1-10 or Paisano St towards the 375 border highway.
