Farmers Branch area is the perfect jumping off spot to discover the entire metroplex. The light rail takes you straight to downtown Dallas where you can explore the country’s largest Arts District, take in a concert or watch a Dallas Stars hockey game. Farmers Branch retains the charm of a small town with local independent stores, one-of-a-kind dining, historic museums and historical parks.

There is a parking spot out back on the driveway. The studio comes with 1 parking space. There is also free parking in the front of the house on the street.

The studio is about 300 square feet and it comfortable accommodates 2 guests but can sleep up to 4, there's a day bed (2 single beds) available. ** NOTE: Shoes are not allowed inside the studio. Please remove your shoes as you enter the studio and place them on the shoe rack on the right. ** As you enter the studio you will find the space decorated with a glam style. BLACK, GOLD & EMERALD GREEN decor shouts Glam all around. Starting with an emerald green velvet queen size bed that catches your eye as soon as you walk in. The bedroom features a Queen Bed, alternative pillows, 100% cotton linens. Right across there’s a day bed with 2 single beds for guests #3 and #4. The kitchenette space was decorated to match the glam style of the studio. This kitchenette is equipped with everything for simple breakfast. There’s a family sized electric griddle, an electric kettle, coffee machine, mini fridge, microwave, pans, dishes and utensils, and tall dining table for 4 guests. Behind the dining table there are 2 separate closet spaces with hangers and additional blankets. The bathroom includes a full shower with great water pressure, bath and hand towels, as well as a vanity with vastly amenities. Please make sure to review house rules prior to booking!

Make sure to review house rules prior to booking! There’s only one parking spot available. The studio has individual AC / Heater split ductless unit that allows you to control temperature. It is also equipped with separate fan and heater for your convenience. There is only kitchenette, which means NO stove or sink. We are happy to provide you with recommendations of restaurants at your request, also to the nearest laundry mat.

Grocery/pharmacy, coffee shop (including Starbucks) and restaurants/bars are all located within a short walk or a quick Uber drive!
