This place is really nice! Clean, quiet, the shower is amazing, easy to get inside. Overall really comfortable and the host is so kind!! made it even easier for us at the end of the stay! I would stay here again most definitely and recommend to anyone looking at this place!

Great host, great place. Awesome downtown location with prime access to local events. Easy access to major road ways with active local agency’s patrolling the area creating a safe environment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The host was truly outstanding, incredibly responsive to all our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Communication was seamless from booking through checkout. The house itself is first class in every way. Everything was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described in the listing. The attention to detail really shows, and it’s clear the host takes great pride in providing an exceptional experience for guests. The neighborhood was perfectly quiet and peaceful, which made for such a relaxing getaway. We felt completely comfortable and safe throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience!

Heidy's place was great and exactly what we needed for our long-term stay. She is a phenomenal host and was very tentative to any and all of our needs while staying at her place. I would absolutely stay at Heidy's place again, if and when I'm ever back in the El Paso, TX and/or Santa Teresa, NM area.

The listing was just as described and was very clean. Heidi was very responsive and was able to assist us with somewhere to stay. Everything was great and spacious. Overall, it was a great place.

Was a very cozy experience overall, the bathrooms were very clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The AC units worked really well especially with the Texan heat. The only real downside is the parking situation. There is no parking lot only on the street parking. Would highly recommend this spot if you are wanting a place close to the convention center or downtown! Plenty of walkable places!

Everything looked as advertised. Beautifully view on the outside ad back yard. Master bedroom room was super clean and comfortable . Will be renting it again in the future ; my stay was enjoying!!

Heidy was a fantastic host—communicative and welcoming! The apartment in El Paso was glamorous and perfectly located, just 5 minutes from this great cocktail bar named Tibor’s. After our Saturday celebrations they had the kitchen open until 2 AM so we were able to grab some artichoke dip and last minute brisket tacos. I enjoyed my stay overall, but I regretfully caused a crack in the door while trying to get back in after being locked out. I informed Heidy immediately, and she was understanding and quick to arrange repairs. I’m taking responsibility for the damage and working with her on the costs. Despite this incident, Heidy’s hospitality was top-notch, and she even followed up with a kind message. I’d recommend her to others and would stay again if given the chance. Thanks, Heidy, for your patience and for making my trip memorable!
